There’s something satisfying about watching a building come together. This week, our team was on-site capturing the latest from Building 1 — and the progress is real.
We know a lot of you have been waiting to see what this looks like in person. So we walked the property, checked every bay, and put together a full photo update so you can see exactly where things stand.
What You’re Looking At
These photos were taken on March 26th and 27th — as we make a push to complete Building 1.
Interior bays — the concrete floor is poured with floor drains in each unit so you can wash your boat, UTV, or car year-round. Walls are framed, and the overall scale is unmistakable. You really have to stand in one to believe how much room there is.
Exterior — Once the frost laws are cleared we will begin the driveway and parking lot work. The building has real presence from the road.
Details — we grabbed shots of the black 14’ × 14’ garage doors with a row of windows, and the entry transitions. These are the things that separate a premium build from a basic garage.
Why This Matters
A lot of people have asked us: what does a Diamond Garage Condo actually look like when it’s done?
These photos answer that. Not with a rendering — with the real thing.
If you’ve been on the fence about buying or leasing a unit, this is the moment to come see it in person. Building 1 is nearly complete. Two units are available. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
A Few Numbers
Each unit in Building 1 is 1,584 sq ft — 24 × 50 ft main floor plus a 24 × 16 ft mezzanine. Every unit is built for a car lift, a boat, a full workshop, or all three. And it’s all minutes from Diamond Lake — because lake life doesn’t pause when you pull in the driveway.
If you commit early and desire a different mezzanine configuration on future buildings — larger, smaller, or no mezzanine at all — let us know. We can work with you on a unit design that fits your specific needs.
