Why We Built This
Diamond Garage Condos started with a simple observation: people needed more than a garage. They needed a place — somewhere to pursue their passions, store their adventures, and invest in something tangible.
Over the past few years, the garage condo market has grown significantly — and for good reason. Across Michigan, and right here in Cassopolis, most townships and counties restrict what you can build on raw land. You can't just buy a parcel and put up a garage. These regulations are why garage condos have become such a smart solution: they give you the space you actually need, without fighting the system.
Our units offer 1,200 sq ft on the main level, plus a 16'×24' mezzanine — giving you 1,584 square feet of usable space for boat storage, car collections, workshops, entertainment spaces, or a full UTV garage.
